Yes. Each facility uses its own public URL, so customers land directly on that facility's booking page.

Can customers use the mobile app?

Yes. Bookers can login with mobile OTP, save their name and address, browse available facilities and see their own booking history.

Do turf bookers need a password?

No. Bookers use OTP login with a rolling 30-day app session, so booking stays quick and password support is not required.

Can operators take direct bookings?

Yes. Admins and managers can create direct bookings, receive cash or partial payments and record who created the booking.

Can slots or sessions vary by day?

Yes. Slots or sessions can be configured weekly by selected days, with rate and minimum booking amount.

Can one account manage different resource types?

Yes. A facility account can manage football fields, pools, courts, tables, boards, lanes or other bookable resources, each with its own fee rule.

How does TurfBook prevent duplicate booking?

Once a slot is booked, held or blocked, TurfBook keeps it unavailable for new customer and operator bookings.

Can a facility block a mobile number from booking?

Yes. Facility admins can blacklist a mobile number for their own account and platform users can block a number system-wide from OTP and booking requests.

Can operators track partial payments and dues?

Yes. TurfBook tracks cash, bKash, Nagad, partial payments, verified payments and due amounts in bookings and reports.

Does it support mobile notifications?

Yes. The operator app supports push alerts for booking and payment events, with category controls.

Can we rent vests or accessories with bookings?

Yes. Accessories can be enabled per facility, priced by unit or player quantity and added during public or direct booking.
